Founded in 1990, it is engaged in
- Sale & Servicing of THERMAX Boiler, Water & Waste Treatment Plants, Steam Accessories and Special Chemical.
- Dealing in YORK Air and Water Cooled Chillers range
- IBR Steam Piping and All IBR related Activities
- Non IBR Fuel / Water / Fire fighting / Air line
- Fabrication Chimeny, Tanks and Structures
We are certified by Inspectorate of Factories & Boilers as ‘’Boiler Repairer & Pipe Fabricator’’ up to steam pressure of 40 kg/cm2 since 2014.
We are also certified by Goa Natural Gas Pvt. Ltd. & IndianOil-Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd. for Natural Gas piping in recently.
The company is promoted by two partners,
Harihar Yashwant Phadke, who is Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering passed from VJTI, Mumbai in 1987. He carries his experience in Boiler sale, service, Steam piping with accessories for past 32 years.
Bipin Pandurang Natekar, who is Licentiate in Electrical Engineering passed from VJTI, Mumbai in 1987. He carries his experience in Boiler sale, service, Steam piping with accessories for past 32 years.
Apart from full time partners, Company has dedicated team of around 30 people which included 3 Mechanical / Fabrication Diploma Engineers, 8 ITI and 2 IBR welders. They are backed by 3 nos well trained office staff for Logistic support.
Unitherm has well furnished, fully computerized office of around 80 sq. mtr area at Porvorim Goa. To stock the spares and consumables, two godowns of 50 sq. mtr area are also provided. For Fabrication Activities we have Workshop in Madkaim Industrial Estate, Goa.
